Being the Education Pastor has provided me with opportunities to reach out to the community within and beyond the walls of the church. Additional education ministry opportunities I had:
- organizing Life Group / Sunday school classes
- arranging discipleship classes
- purchasing educational materials and literature
- managing and balancing church budget/finances
- enlisting and working with teachers
- operating and repairing video and sound equipment
- coordinating VBS
- mediating disputes, distributing funds to the needy, basic counseling
- running the church website
- managing the church as sole minister for several months
- occasional preaching
- conducting funeral and wedding services
- hosting new members' classes
